What was Colonel Sanders first name?
Colonel Sanders, the founder of KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken), was born September 9, 1890 in Henryville, Indiana. His parents gave him the name Harland David Sanders. He was a business man and entrepreneur and founded the fried chicken chain, KFC. He lived a full life and passed away at 90 years of age on December 16, 1980 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Good old Harland seemed to be a decent enough human in his declining years. We will never know for sure. The franchise is doing well ... decent food there as long as you don't frequent the places too often. Yay me.

Met him back in 1976. He pinched my bottom. It was at the Kennedy Col. ball. The night before the Derby. I was very pregnant but that didn't stop him

If they haven't changed their recipe, KFC uses MSG in their formula. Can't/won't eat it ... it triggers a massive migraine !
