All the President's Men is a 1976 American political thriller film directed by Alan J. Pakula. The film explores the topic of the Watergate scandal and tells the story of its investigation.

The movie was released on the 9th of April, 1976. The screenplay by William Goldman is based on the 1974 non-fiction book of the same title by Carl Bernstein and Bob Woodward, the two journalists investigating the Watergate scandal for The Washington Post.

It was considered a significant and comprehensive insight into one of the key events of the American political history of the 20th century and received international acclaim. This motion picture was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2010.
