Where is the Skyway Monte Bianco located?

Skyway is the futuristic panoramic cable car on the Italian side of Mont Blanc.

In 2015 the new lift replaced the historic cable car that connected Entrèves, the village of Courmayeur, to the Rifugio Torino, now reaching the new station of Punta Helbronne. Today the ascent with Skyway takes place inside large circular cabins, which rotate several times 360° during the ascent, allowing all walkers to enjoy the panorama of the peaks and ridges of Mont Blanc and the Courmayeur valley.

Arriving at the third Skyway Monte Bianco station, Punta Helbronner/The Sky, you’ll be drawn into the surrounding landscape. There, at an altitude of 3,466 meters (11.500 feet) , you can almost reach out and touch the mountains all around. A 360-degree view from the circular terrace. The station offers a Crystal Hall showcasing the jewels of our mountains, the Mont Blanc Hall where you can admire fabulous scenery even when the day is cold and windy. There are close views of Mont Blanc, Aiguille d'Entreves and the Vallee Blanche, but also views further out towards the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso.
