For those of you who feel your answers were right, I feel your pain. This has happened to me on several occasions. Questions are often badly worded and almost deliberately vague. They need to research their questions AND ANSWERS better.
Does anyone else have an issue with how easily the answers are sent? I touched the screen in the wrong spot once and a wrong answer was sent. There needs to be a way answers are confirmed and then sent by touching a SEPARATE send button.

They are wrong, asked for a singular answer (country) and then had a plural one (countries) for an answer!. Just plain "syntax error"! Who writes these things? I agree that some questions are not worded correctly or specific enough for a correct answer. Look at this question again. The choice you make excludes the other options from being correct. Choosing Belarus would exclude Russia. Russia in it's entirety celebrates this holiday. This answer includes Belarus and other areas as part of Russia.

I have heard in the past, that it is mandatory for young men, to serve (2) years old service. Apparently, the Russian armed forces, are taking a page out of the Americans playbook, in showing appreciation of the men & women, who serve in that country.

I knew it was Belarus! Why does everyone say "Mother Russia" if it's the "fatherland"? Germany was always the "Fatherland"! I can see some of the other former Soviet Block Spin Offs referring to it as Fatherland but I've always heard it as "Mother Russia"!
