After answering the question incorrectly, by choosing Saudi Arabia. After doing the research on "Goggle." The oil reserves of Venezuela, at 20% has a slight edge over Saudi Arabia's at 18%. The scary part at the world's oil reserves, is that looming fact, that they are projected to be around for only another 45.6 years.
