Which martial art star used nunchaku as a weapon?

The nunchaku is a traditional Okinawan martial arts weapon consisting of two sticks connected at one end by a short chain or rope.

In modern times, nunchaku (Tabak-Toyok) were popularized by the actor and martial artist Bruce Lee and his student, actor and martial arts instructor Dan Inosanto, in their respective movies. Organizations including the North American Nunchaku Association teach the use of nunchaku as a contact sport.

Bruce Lee was a beast!!!! I still love watching his movies just to see his moves. The fastest hands I've ever seen, and when he was using the nunchuks, forget about it!!! Enter the Dragon is still the greatest martial arts movie ever made (in my humble opinion), and it was truly sad to have him leave us at such a young age (and his son Brandon also). Truly a remarkable man.

Well said, what an artist he was. Hope that his legacy remains in the memories of my generation (I grew up watching him) and hope he is discovered by the younger generations (youtube and social media) and his abilities as a true master continues on for many more decades and generations. Again, he was not only a Master but a GENIOUS with how he created and mastered his technique, moves and combinations using his feet and hands not to mention anything and everything else in his reach(that he would bounce of your head) he mastered in every sense of the word AND it's definition!

Douglas, Bruce Lee had control of the fight scenes in Enter The Dragon. Had he survived, I believe he would have gotten total creative control of his subsequent movies-not just the fight scenes. That would have been great. RIP Bruce.

When the emperors forbade peasants to have any kind of wea`pns (hende the use of chopsticks) the ingenious Chionese turned ither tools into weapons. The nunchaku is nothing but a FLAIL, instrument used to separate the rye graion from the chaff.
