Nowhere have I ever read he died of leprosy. Baldwin IV, yes, but not anyone else. Leprosy doesn't normally kill.

The suggestion that Henry IV died of leprosy has long been dismissed by reputable historians

Maybe you should do better research before you create a question. Baldwin IV probably died of it. Henry IV died of a seizure, probably from Epilepsy.
