Christopher Bonifatievich Wrungel (some sources give Wrongel or Vrungel, depends on transliteration from Russian) is fictional character from book of Andrey Nekrasov "Adventures of captain Wrungel" and cartoon with the same name. Wrungel is a captain of race yacht "Pobeda" (Victory) that accidentally got name "Beda" (Trouble). But despite troubles he and his team faced, they won sail regatta.
