Park Jae-sang (born December 31, 1977), known professionally as Psy, is a South Korean singer, rapper, songwriter, and record producer. Psy is known domestically for his humorous videos and stage performances, and internationally for his hit single "Gangnam Style". The song's refrain was entered into "The Yale Book of Quotations" as one of the most famous quotations of 2012.

On December 21, 2012, his music video for "Gangnam Style" exceeded one billion views on YouTube, becoming the first video to do so in the website's history. On December 31, 2012, Psy performed in a globally televised New Year's Eve celebration with American rapper MC Hammer on-stage in front of a live audience of over a million people in Times Square, New York City.

Can’t remember the film I took grandkids to a few years back but at the end the cartoon characters were lined up on screen doing this dance. It was our local cinema matinee performance during school holidays. Without an ounce of alcohol in me I got up and stood in the aisle doing “Gangnam style”..age 60+ ..! Moments later lots of kids joined me (luckily) and we ended the day with 30/40 kids at the front breaking their moves. A fun memory brought back to mind by this question.

South Korea is beautiful. Seoul is a fabulous city with wonderful temples and palaces. Please don't let 'Psy' put you off, there is so much to see. A beautiful country, I love travelling and do not often return twice to anywhere, but I would go back to a few places in Korea.
