Which sport organization is known as FINA?

FINA (French: Fédération internationale de natation, English: International Swimming Federation) is the international federation recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). It is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

FINA currently oversees competition in six aquatics sports: swimming, diving, high diving, artistic swimming, water polo, and open water swimming. FINA also oversees "Masters" competition (for adults) in its disciplines.

FINA was founded on 19 July 1908 in the Manchester Hotel in London, UK at the end of the 1908 Summer Olympics by the Belgian, British, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian and Swedish Swimming Federations.

The biggest FINA event is the biennial World Aquatics Championships, currently held every odd year.

I didn't know but its been a pattern with this author (Lilly Nicholson) to assume the answer is revealed in the picture.

I'm starting to get quite fed up with the quality and frequency of Admin questions now. If I manage to reach my target of 1001 days (only another 136 days to go. Though, if I fail it will be soooo much sooner), I will be saying SAYŌNARA. My sorrow goes out to the real quiz authors who have entertained me properly over the four and a half years. However, and suffice to say..... Enough is enough! Time to move on!

Johnny Rock, When I submitted a question part of the reason it was knocked back was because the photo I submitted was not enough like the answer. Question was about something in the Olympics, photo was of Olympic medals.
