Who is the painter of this picture?

My favorite painting of all time. It’s such a joy and worth a trip to the Art Institute of Chicago all by itself. It’s so huge and it feels like you are walking the streets of Paris with them . I found myself ducking as if to avoid hitting an umbrella or rain. Unless it’s been relocated it’s close to another huge painting Seurat’s Afternoon on LaGrand Jatte.
