Who is this?

This is a mugshot of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi taken by US armed forces while in dentention at Camp Bucca in 2004. He is now the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) also known as ISIS or Daesh. There have been a number of reports of Al-Baghdadi's death or injury; however, none have been verified. Today, he is considered one of the most dangerous criminals.
