His full name is Rowan Sebastian Atkinson and he is an English actor, comedian, and screenwriter.
Atkinson was born on the 6th of January,1955 and first came to prominence in the sketch comedy show "Not the Nine O'Clock News" (1979–82).
His name is included to the list of 50 funniest British actors, while his role as ‘Mr. Bean’ is believed to be his best. Do you also think that “Mr. Bean” is his most outstanding work?

Yes Blackadder was his best comedy role , but liked his more serious acting role , a remake of his one off drama" Maigret" Maybe it hasn't been shown in the US, but shown here in UK recently.
