This man is Mr. Rogers.

Fred McFeely Rogers (March 20, 1928 – February 27, 2003) was an American television personality, puppeteer, educator, Presbyterian minister, composer, songwriter, author, and activist. Rogers was most famous for creating, hosting, and composing the theme music for the educational preschool television series Mister Rogers' Neighborhood (1968–2001), which featured his kind, gentle, soft-spoken personality and directness to his audiences.

Dave Rogers Contrary to rumors spread about on the Internet, Mr. Rogers was never a sniper in the military nor was the reason he wore sweaters because he had tattoos all over his arms and body, one for each person he killed. These, and other similar rumors, first started on the Internet around 1994 and saw a surge in popularity after his death. Mr. Rogers never served in the military and was a pacifist.Rogers graduated from high school in 1946, after the war, and immediately went to college. He probably would not have been accepted into the military as he was red - green color blind. While he was an ordained minister, I have never before heard that he avoided military service as a conscientious objector.

William Laughlin don't you think that maybe you are jumping to conclusions, assuming that Al Woltz wasn;t the 1st person to answer this question correctly? :-) The pie chart tells you how many people have answered the questions and the percentage of people who have chosen each answer. Somebody has to be the first person to answer each question! Normally between 1.5K and 2.5K people have already answered a question when I look at the pie chart, but once I was atually the 1st person to answer a question. Unfortunately I answered it incorrectly, so the pie chart showed 1 answer with 100% of people answering it incorrectly! :-(

pbs had a great documentary about him. He loved children and had a knack for understanding them . he was a more complex personality than I imagined before I saw the documentary. my admiration for him grew after seeing the documentary...there is a movie about him coming out which should be good
