Marie Magdalene "Marlene" Dietrich is in the picture. Born on the 27th of December, 1901 in Schöneberg, she became one of the most recognized and popular actresses of the 20th century. Dietrich's acting career was extremely long and fruitful. Marlene began acting on the stage in 1920s and remained active until 1980s. Dietrich became famous worldwide after her performance as Lola-Lola in The Blue Angel (1930), which resulted in a contract with Paramount Pictures. She also became a star of such Hollywood films as Morocco (1930), Shanghai Express (1932) and Desire (1936).
