Luvved it~ :) I think that's the first time, since, "Father of the Bride" where I saw Elizabeth Taylor in a comedic-type role--she nailed it, and she looked like she was having a lot of fun with the role, too!

Oops! My bad. I went the wrong way and picked Joan Collins. She played Wilma's mother in the prequel, Viva Rock Vegas. Harvey Korman played her father in that one as well. I'll never forget Halle Berry as Sharon Stone (in the first movie)!

kezen, if you're referring to the info, there's no typo (unless it was corrected before it got to me. Possibly the case). Elizabeth Perkins played Wilma.

Typo error it should have been Elizabeth Taylor not Elizabeth Perkins.

I went with Taylor but really didn't think it would be right. I believe she did an episode of The Simpsons one time.

GG, She played Wilma, not her mother which was Elizabeth Taylor.

Actually, the film did a great job of capturing many of the things that made the cartoon great. It started with Fred sliding down the tail of his dinosaur when the horn blew at the end of his shift and only got better.
