Special Patrol Group, Yes, but he and ALL other winners after Medwick were from the American League, not the National League which the question specified. Great question…Terrible answer even if Medwick is correct.

OK question. Terrible answer. No narrative and questionable at that. I am now 86. I can’t believe I was 3 the last time someone won the triple crown. So…a 30 second search reveals that Miguel Cabrera won it in 2012, the first winner since 1967. HOWEVER, despite the fact. that five of the biggest names in baseball have won this award since Joe Medwick did in 1937, they have ALL been from the American League, not the National League which the question specified. SO….Joe Medwick is the correct answer…but it’s still a terrible one in terms of providing relevant information.

I have no clue what the question is about and I am no wiser after reading the very short and poor explanation. Is it really that long ago since anyone woe the trIsle crown in baseball. After trying to look it up all I came across was the last winner was Miguel Cabrera in 2012.
