From which Shakespearean play does the quote, "But soft, what light through yonder window breaks" come?
This line is from William Shakespeare's tragic play Romeo and Juliet in the famous balcony scene. Romeo speaks the line after seeing a light go on in Juliet's window window in Act II, scene ii. It is followed by a speech in which Romeo compares Juliet to the sun.
