How many MLB pitchers have 300 or more wins in a career?
James Francis "Pud" Galvin (December 25, 1856 – March 7, 1902) was an American Major League Baseball pitcher in the 19th century. He was MLB's first 300-game winner and was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1965.
Pud Galvin, who finished his career with three-hundred sixty-one (361) wins, was the first pitcher to win at least three-hundred (300) games. He is also, by default, the founder / first member of the 300 Wins Club. Every eligible pitcher with three-hundred (300) or more wins is enshrined in the National Baseball Hall of Fame.

It is not very likely that there will be any pitchers who manage to amass 300 wins in the future. The game has changed, not just the specialization, but the money (which impacts how pitchers are used).

What did you expect them to due turn down the money. When teems are bidding on their service.. Before the reserve clause you got what they gave you that's it , or you didn't play.

Phillip McCullough, Rotation during a game has no impact on the number of wins. One of the pitchers will get credit, even if that pitcher is in the game only a fraction of an inning.

RCKCreatEnt, Did you check the reference article, baseball-almanac.com? It lists the top 1,000 pitchers (I didn't count them) through 2022. The cut-off at the bottom was 69 wins

Roger Clemens is a member of the 300 club, but is not in the Hall of Fame, probably due to questions surrounding performance inhancing drugs. I do love my baseball!
