What will months that begin on Sunday always have?
Any month of the year that starts with a Sunday will certainly have a Friday the 13th. There is at least one Friday the 13th in every calendar year. There can be as many as three Friday the 13ths within a single calendar year.
Such months will usually have 5 Sundays as well, with the exception of February in non-leap year, which will have only 4 Sundays. So, only one answer is correct.

As I said above, I'm sorry but that is not 100% accurate. In the month of February, in a non-leap year, the month will end on a Saturday, thus containing only 4 Sundays.

Nearly answered 5 Sundays 'till I realized that in Feb the 5th Sunday would have to be the 29th and that occurs only in a Leap Year.

Question is ambiguous it did not specify that you had to look at a leap year most people would probably only check previous, current and following years to get the answer

If the month begins with a Sunday, that means that Sunday is the 1st of the month, Therefore the next 2 sundays are the 8th and 15th. 2 days before the 15th is Friday the 13th. It is a simple counting exercise. That obviously most people can't seem to do!
