GH Mumm (& Cie), situated in northern France, is one of the largest champagne producers and it is currently ranked 4th globally based on the number of bottles sold, as of 2015. Mumm was founded in 1827 by Georges H. Mumm and was one of the first to start acquiring vineyards, beginning with grand cru parcels in Reims, France. His family was of German descent.

Mumm's premier product is 'Cordon Rouge' Brut. It's fresh, well-bodied champagne with soft aromas of lemon, grapefruit, white peach and apricot. Many connoisseurs describe the flavor as a long, lingering finish, full of vanilla, honey & caramel.

Since, the early millennium, Mumm has expanded its vineyards to Napa, California, as they continue to prosper, even during challenging times. Mumm is proud to endorse the motto - 'Dare. Win. Celebrate'.
