Was Winston Churchill tattooed?
Tattoos first became fashionable in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and were something of an aristocratic novelty. Both men and women were tattooed and, at the time, the process was very expensive and designs often came with a hefty price tag. Winston Churchill had an anchor on his right arm. Churchill was one of the first famous politicians to have, or at least admit to having, a tattoo.

Nancyaukerman - Churchill was a hero for the western world at a time when there were no heroes. He was, as many others before him, a product of his time, education and environment. Do not slag Britain’s WWII hero.

Carroll Price - please explain your words "the countries that the Jews wanted destroyed". The Jews were the main victims in that war (the whole world was, why else call it a world war?). Or do you deny the Holocaust and the concentration camps even existed? It may be history, but the majority of people in the world has family that was affected one way or another at that time.

Not a tattoo, according to various sources. He had a scar on the inside of his forearm from a skin graft.....

According to multiple sites, Churchill did have a tattoo. As did his mother!
The fact that he had a scar does not negate that! It is quite possible to have both.

Churchill did not have any tattoo but rather a scar on the inside of his forearm. This was as a result of his providing a skin graft to a fellow soldier who was injured after the cavalry charge at Omdurman. Please correct this - The correct answer is NO!

I have always loved the historical facts of WWII... my father parachuted into Normandy in early morning of D-Day... landed in an apple orchard next to a church in Saint Mer-Eglise... was injured and hung in tree all night, communicating with “cricket” clicker... received The Purple Heart and was a member of The 101st AirBorne Division, also known as “The Screaming Eagles” ... so very proud of him! It is a very sobering experience to visit Normandy, it’s burial grounds, landing beaches and museums... truly “The Greatest Generation”, too many of whom died there! Very proud of my father, Allie Bruce Holmes... he instilled in me a great sense of Patriotism and love of our country, justice, and liberty for al!
