Top of the Pops, also known as TOTP, was a British music chart television programme, made by the BBC and originally broadcast weekly between 1 January 1964 and 30 July 2006. It was traditionally shown every Thursday evening on BBC1.
Cliff Richard appeared the most times on the show, with almost 160 performances. Status Quo were the most frequent group with 106 performances.

I like questions that have nothing to do with the USA. So many of my fellow Americans are so snooty about questions that are obviously easy for us. I had personally never heard of this program and got the answer wrong.

I have to admit that I enjoyed listening to Singer Cliff Richard's single, "She's Just A Witchy Woman" back in the day. The song had a very nice beat to the music, while accompanying the lyrics to the song.
