Have you known that a group of cats has a special name? Of course, many of you are familiar with such notions as “herds”, "pods" and “packs” - groups of horses, dolphins and dogs, respectively. But did you know that a group of fluffy (and hairless as well) kitties is called a “clowder”?

Another curious fact is that a litter or two of kittens is a “kindle”. And what about other cat species, big ones? Surely, a “pride” is a family of lions, but you might not be aware that a “leap” is a group of leopards, a “coalition” is a company of cheetah, and a gathering of tigers is called an “ambush”.
