What's the world's busiest container port?
The Port of Shanghai, located in the vicinity of Shanghai, comprises a deep-sea port and a river port.
In 2010, Shanghai port overtook the Port of Singapore to become the world's busiest container port. Shanghai's port handled 29.05 million TEUs, whereas Singapore's was a half million TEU's behind.
In 2014, Shanghai port set a historic record by handling over 35 million TEUs.

It might have helped to define TEUs which are inexact measurements. TEU stands for Twenty-Foot Equivalent Unit which can be used to measure a ship's cargo carrying capacity. The dimensions of one TEU are equal to that of a standard 20′ shipping container. 20 feet long, 8 feet tall.
