Where is the Sweetest Day celebrated?
The holiday is celebrated on October 17!
Even more sweets for you! Some people say that this holiday was created in order to increase sales of sweets, but it is also a day for lovers to bestow romantic deeds! It is an interesting fact that the first Sweetest Day was held in Cleveland more than 90 years ago. It is such a pleasant holiday: friends and lovers give each other small gifts such as candies or cards!

I lived in Cleveland in the 60's and knew about it but never heard about it being celebrated in any of the other places I have lived.
You should've written what the date is that it is celebrated.

I think I may be seeing the reason that the USA is suffering such a problem with obesity. Thanksgiving? Pig out! Christmas? Pig out! Valentine's Day? Candy! Easter? Pig out! Not enough reasons to pig out? Make a Sweetest Day! BTW, I am Canadian and our obesity problem is right next to yours.
