The 2019 Boar's Head Resort Women's Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the eighteenth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour.

It took place in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States between the 22nd and the 28th of April 2019. In the final, Whitney Osuigwe defeated fellow-American Madison Brengle, 6–4, 1–6, 6–3.

Whitney Osuigwe, who was born on the 17th of April, 2002, is an American tennis player from Bradenton, Florida. She is the reigning ITF Junior World Champion and a former world No. 1 junior, and can now add the 2019 Boar's Head Women's Open Singles champion to her resume. Osuigwe also won the 2017 French Open to become the first American to win the girls' singles event in 28 years.

Her current WTA (Women's Tennis Association) ranking at the time of writing is No. 106 (August 5, 2019).
