Yes Jano! When you have some of the best cheese on the planet, in Wisconsin, you can't help but indulge. The best Cheese comes from the local farmers markets, in the state. Not only are we cheese eaters, but we are big beer drinkers too. If you like beer, and travel to Wisconsin I recommend Gray's Beer; it's won some international awards. Very tasty!

Someone from Wisconsin, like myself, should know this. Not only is America's Dairyland printed on the license plates, but there's a constant reminder when you travel in Southern Rural Wisconsin, and see all the Holstein Dairy Cattle.
