Who is the only singer to be inducted twice to Country Music Hall of Fame?
Both Roy Rogers and Dale Evans-Rogers had a profound impact on the country music community. To this day, Roy is the only Country Music Hall of Fame member to be inducted twice. He was first inducted as a member of the Sons of the Pioneers in 1980, and again as a soloist in 1988. In 2002, Evans-Rogers was named one of the 40 Greatest Women in Country Music.

If you're interested, Roy's friendly rival, Gene Autry, is the only person with five stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (for Radio, Recording, Motion Pictures, Televison, Live Theater/Perfomance).

Gene Autry was also inducted into the military on his radio show at the Grand Ol' Opry and went on to fly planes in WWII and was a highly decorated officer! He received several medals and special recommendations for his service to his country! He was quite an American hero!
