Who is this?
Ermes Effron Borgnino (best known as Ernest Borgnine) was a well-known American actor whose career spanned more than six decades. He starred in a great number of wonderful films and TV-shows. His contemporaries knew him for his work in such films as Marty (1955), The Flight of the Phoenix (1965), Ice Station Zebra (1968), etc.; and the modern generation knows him as the actor who voiced the Mermaid Man in SpongeBob SquarePants TV-show. For his contribution to the film and television industry, Ernest received a great number of awards, most of them for his role in Marty.
