Who wrote the novel "Invisible Man"?

Ralph Waldo Ellison is an African-American writer, most famous for his outstanding literary work "Invisible Man". This powerful and emotive novel is considered to be a true masterpiece, which was met with a great success and won the National Book Award in 1953.

Ralph Waldo Ellison's father wanted his son to become a poet, so he named him after Ralph Waldo Emerson, a celebrated poet. Ellison was born in 1914 in Oklahoma City. The times of his childhood were rather hard for the family, but, as we see, Ellison coped with all the difficulties and became a recognized author.

Bets Deere, if you know great literature, it's not confusing at all. You might possibly be confused if Wells was a choice. He wasn't.

Also, The Invisible Man. Written by H. G. Wells. “The” is very important in the title of the novel.

Chris Brown, Ellison's book is definitely superior. You would be hard-pressed to find any book about being a black man having to deal with racism that is equal to or better than his, even if it is a work of fiction. As for Wells, one reviewer called it, "The best book about invisibility." Sounds like faint praise.

I thought this must be wrong as I knew H.G. Wells wrote the invisible man so I looked it up, this is a different and much more recent novel called just invisible man. Well I’ve learned something new lol
