Which country's flag has no red color?

The flag of Sweden consists of a yellow or gold Nordic cross (i.e. an asymmetrical horizontal cross, with the crossbar closer to the hoist than the fly, with the cross extending to the edge of the flag) on a field of blue.

The Nordic cross design traditionally represents Christianity. The design and colours of the Swedish flag are believed to have been inspired by the present coat of arms of Sweden of 1442, which is blue divided quarterly by a cross pattée of gold, and modelled on the Danish flag. Blue and yellow have been used as Swedish colours at least since Magnus III's royal coat of arms of 1275.

There's something very pleasing about the Swedish flag - those 2 colours work beautifully, as they also do on the European flag, now, oh so sadly, flown no more here in the UK.

The question is poorly stated. Just ask which country's flag is depicted in the image. The colors will be evident from the image. The flag shown is blue and yellow in color - obviously there is no red in the flag. Just as obviously as there is no green or black or orange or purple. There are many countries that do not have red in their flag's colors.

talk about giving the answer away. i had mis-read the question, i thought it said no coloUr, until the picture came up and i realised what the question was
