bwcoachbruce, l had the same problem but kept emailing them with screenshots. They took away my daily streak total 3 times. Earlier this week they gave me back the coins I lost to keep the streak. I was told that I had answered all the available questions then out of the blue all the games that were stuck on resume cleared and l am now getting the normal questions every day

I enjoy the doing the daily maths practice, it gives the old brain a kick start !

I’ve had VIP for months but I’m not allowed to play except math VIP??? been over a couple months since I’ve been able to play..come on stop it and let me play again.

I enjoy it. It forces the brain into action which is fairly impressive for us 72 year olds

So again my streak has been taken away. They gave it me back last time so will wait and see. On the plus side all the games that have been stuck for weeks have let me resume and clear today

Gillian Heritage, They keep taking my streak away although I haven't missed a day playing. I also only get two questions a day. I used to enjoy quizz club but they have spoilt it over the last few months.

So finally a reply. They gave me back the 1000 coins for my daily streak and told me that l had answered all the available questions. Does this mean that they are using the same questions repeatedly or does everyone get different questions each day. Doesn’t make sense to me at all

Exactly the same problem now stuck in a loop and it won't let me move on to daily play.

And yet again they have taken away my 2073 day streak costing me 500 coins to retrieve it. Still only one or two questions a day and no response to my emails. Very disappointing. Considering unsubscribing as it’s unfair

Gillian Heritage, Over the years, I've sent in several reply on questionable answers, and even got one reversal, but the last several times I've gotten no reply. Good luck.

Gillian Heritage, I didn’t buy the 500 trick. They’ll get back to you and restore your streak, maybe. I did three times with me but now my 2940 day streak is gone and I’m lucky to get 3 quizzes and a bonus per day. And yes, they have always responded to me. I takes a few days.

This one was fairly easy.
