The Theory of Relativity is made up of two theories: The Theory of General Relativity and the Theory of Special Relativity. The Theory of Special Relativity explains that it is impossible to determine whether you are moving or not without looking at an object. The Theory of General Relativity is the theory that changed the laws of gravity. It states that it is impossible to find a difference between gravity and the force of inertia of a object in movement.

This is a very poorly written question. Special and General Relatively are both revolutionary ways of defining reality. One addresses space/time and the second incorporates gravity into the equation. They are not small individual theories, but different aspects of a new way to understand the universe.
