How many of Henry VIII'S six wives were crowned Queen?

Although Henry VIII married six times, only two of his wives, Katherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn, were actually crowned Queen consort. Constitutionally it makes no difference if a Queen consort isn't crowned. However in medieval times it was a sign the King trusted his wife and thus the Lords and country knew he had given her the authority to act in his absence; for example if he was away at war. As a footnote if Jane Seymour hadn't died after giving birth to Henry's only legitimate son Edward, it's more than likely she would have gone through the crowning ceremony as well.
