It has been pointed out online that this answer does not take into account the 22nds of each month, this would then make your answer 24. However, as it is just asking about the 2nd, we do not think the riddle’s statement applies to 22nds. If you wanted to work out the answer with a calculator, you would have probably reached the grand total of 31,536,000 seconds in a year ((24 x 60 x 60) x 365).
