How often is the Inauguration Day held?

Inauguration Day occurs in the USA once every four years on January 20. It occurs in the year after presidential elections have been held. The new terms of office of the president and vice-president officially begin at noon in Washington DC. On Inauguration Day the candidates, who won the elections in the previous year, are sworn into office as president and vice-president of the United States.

Johnson as the 36th President of the United States was held on Friday, November 22, 1963 aboard Air Force One at Love Field, following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy earlier that day. It may not have been planned or as elaborate as usual, but it was an inauguration nonetheless.
An inauguration is merely the formal admittance of someone to public office. Though brief and without fanfare, Johnson was officially sworn into office.

Wrong! LBJ was NOT inaugurated after Kennedy's death, he was administered the oath of office but not "inaugurated".
