In which African country is the city of Jos situated?
Jos is a city in the Middle Belt of Nigeria. Its residents popularly call the city "J-town". Jos is also the capital of Plateau State. Approximately 900 thousand people live here nowadays. Jos is a popular tourist location of Nigeria, as in winter temperatures here are quite low. Here residents from all over the country may rest in a cooler climate and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Jos Plateau.
