In which English city would you find this?

This is the famous Headington Shark, located at 2 New High Street, Headington, a suburb of Oxford. It was made out of fibreglass by John Buckley for the local broadcaster Bill Heine in 1986. When other journalists asked for a rationale for a headless fish in the roof of a Victorian terraced house, Heine replied as follows:

The shark was to express someone feeling totally impotent and ripping a hole in their roof out of a sense of impotence and anger and desperation…. It is saying something about CND, nuclear power, Chernobyl and Nagasaki.
