The 1992 American comedy film, "My Cousin Vinny", starred Joe Pesci as Vinny Gambini, Ralph Macchio as Bill Gambini, Mitchell Whitfield as Stan Rothenstein, Marisa Tomei as Mona Lisa Vito (Vinny's fiancée), and Fred Gwynne as Judge Chamberlain Haller in his final film appearance.

The movie is about two friends, Bill Gambini and Stanley Rothenstein, from New York University who just received scholarships to UCLA. They decide to drive there by way of the South. After they arrive in Alabama, they stop at a local convenience store to pick up a few snacks. Unfortunately, no sooner than they leave the store, they are arrested. They thought that they were arrested for shoplifting, but, they were arrested for robbery and murder. Worse, they are facing execution for this heinous crime. Bill and Stan do not have enough money for a lawyer. Fortunately, the good news is that Bill has a lawyer in his family. It is his cousin, Vincent "Vinny" Laguardia Gambini.

While Vinny is cross-examining a witness, the following dialogue takes place:

Vinny Gambini: Is it possible that the two yutes...

Judge Chamberlain Haller: ...Ah, the two what? Uh... uh, what was that word?

Vinny Gambini: Uh... what word?

Judge Chamberlain Haller: Two what?

Vinny Gambini: What?

Judge Chamberlain Haller: Uh... did you say 'yutes'?

Vinny Gambini: Yeah, two yutes.

Judge Chamberlain Haller: What is a yute?

Vinny Gambini: Oh, excuse me, your honor...

Vinny Gambini: Two YOUTHS.
