I already knew that there are cities with the same name if you happen to watch news all the time. I had been in tripoli in Libya but not in Beirut. Lebanon is always in the news regarding conflict with Israelites all the time because of their border disputes. Libya on the hand, is the civil war in 2011. And still the country is torn apart having two gov't in one country. One in tripoli and one in Benghazi.

The question is worded correctly enough. Tripoli is the capital of Libya. I got it correct since I already knew about Lebanon. However, both cities should be called Tarabulus.
