A sole survivor tells of the twisty events leading up to a horrific gun battle on a boat, which began when five criminals met at a seemingly random police lineup.

Keyser Söze is a fictional character and the main antagonist in this 1995 film "The Usual Suspects". According to The Usual Suspects director Bryan Singer, the name Söze comes from a Turkish word for “one who talks too much,” further echoed by Kint's nickname, Verbal. Keyser Söze has since captivated the popular imagination and added to children's nightmares by threatening, "be good or Keyser Söze will pay you a visit".

"The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he did not exist," says con man Verbal Kint who is the secretive crime lord Keyser Soze (Kevin Spacey), drawing a comparison to the most enigmatic and faceless criminal of all time, Keyser Soze. The movie won two Oscars. Kevin Spacey won an Oscar and a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his portrayal of con man Verbal Kint. Christopher McQuarrie won an Oscar for Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen.
