The Japanese inventor Akio Morita was behind which company?

Akio Morita (January 26, 1921 – October 3, 1999) was a Japanese businessman and co-founder of Sony along with Masaru Ibuka.

On May 7, 1946, Ibuka founded Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha (Tokyo Telecommunications Engineering Corporation, the forerunner of Sony Corporation) with about 20 employees and initial capital of ¥190,000. Ibuka was 38 years old. Morita, 25 years old joined Tokyo Tsushin Kogyo Kabushiki Kaisha shortly after its inception, with Morita's family investing in Sony during the early period and being the largest shareholder.

He was cofounder of Sony, but he was not a inventor. What he was an electronics pirate. He came to American electronics companies purchased their electronic units, then took them back to Japan and reverse engineered them. Then brought his electronic products back to The U.S. and sold them to unwitting American public at lower prices that U.S. companies could.

He built Sony into the standard to follow in manufacturing, he had two hundred year strategical modeling, the largest theft Sony pulled off was the design of DRam from Intel. However Sony eventually paid Intel over $20 Billion in patent violations. PS. Intel copied the DRam initial design from Fairchild semiconductors when 6 PHD employees departed for Intel.
