"Today I settled all Family business" are words used in which film?

In "The Godfather" (1972), Don Michael Corleone (Al Pacino) said to Carlo Rizzi (Gianni Russo), "Today I settled all Family business, so don't tell me you're innocent, Carlo." This line is in accord with a main theme of "The Godfather". The idea that the head of the family cannot escape the responsibilities or destiny of his position. Michael Corleone is forced to follow in his father’s footsteps. As the head of the family, Michael must face and handle the other crime families as they attempt to gain his power by displacing or killing him.

Michael tells his brother in law (Carlo) that he knows that it was Carlo who set up Michael's brother, Santino "Sonny" Corleone (James Caan) for murder. With the quote above he is also telling Carlo that earlier in the day, on his orders, he had all his competition killed. Thus, everyone in the room knows that at that point things aren't going to end well for Carlo.

'The Godfather" features violence and murder heavily. Multiple characters are beaten and killed throughout the movie, yet the most important examples are at the end of the film. The film concludes with Michael ordering the murders of Moe Greene, Carlo Rizzi, and the heads of the Cuneo crime family, Tattaglia crime family, Barzini crime family, and Stracci crime family, effectively solving all of the Corleone family issues. Within the last twenty minutes of the film, Michael kills every remaining antagonist presented throughout the course of the film.
