What aircraft is the B-57?

One might also remember this American-built aircraft under the name "Martin". The bomber was developed from the British prototype known as English Electric Canberra. It was the first bomber of its kind used in combat.

The jet engine bomber first flew in 1953 for the military, and two aircraft were also employed by NASA for atmospheric research.
