What city pays its alcoholics in beer?
This brand new approach is adopted in Amsterdam! Alcoholics help to clean the city, collect garbage and get paid for it! This projects is even funded by government. These workers get 5 beers, 10 euros and half a pack of tobacco for their work. The government, the sponsors and the organizers of the project believe: other countries are to follow their example. "Old-fashioned political correctness" is useless, as they say.
