Which area has 350 sheep for every person?

The Islands are located in the South Atlantic Ocean in the southernmost part of Argentina. The native inhabitants of the area (rural Haitians) continue to chop down trees in order to survive. No wonder there are only about 3 thousand people living in the Islands.

But this low populated area is home to over half a million sheep, so there are about 350 sheep for every inhabitant of this territory.

The islands are rich in flora and fauna. It is a heaven for wildlife fans as there they may find thousands of penguins, seals, sea lions, and birds.

Not sure if this is still true, or ever was, but supposedly New Zealand has or had more sheep than people, and Vermont has/had more cows than people.

They are NOT in Argentina. The locals do not cut down trees as there are no natural trees only those planted by islanders.

And remember this, that the Falkland Islands had been settled by the British some years before Argentina even BECAME an independent country. We might just as well claim Patagonia to be part of Wales! Lets face it, Argentina made a great Hooh Hah about the Malvinas as they insist on calling them in order to take peoples minds off Leopold Galtieris shocking dictatorship. F.I. was invaded and taken for a few short weeks when the opposition was one company of British Soldiers (So Gallant) before they were summarily ejected by the British Task Force all the way from the British Isles. I suggest that You read it too. And what the blazes Haiti has to do with it I really dont know. Cant remember seeing any Voodoo warriors rushing around cutting down non existent trees and I have been there many times. It is right about the wildlife though.

The Falkland Islands are not and never have been part of Argentina, they have been for several hundred years a British Overseas Territory similar to Gibraltar. The Islands were uninhabited when they were first settled by the British - Rural Haitians -whatever are you on about, and there were never were any naturally grown trees in the islands, the few trees that exist were planted by the settlers. The only part of this article that is right is the undoubted multiplicity of sheep - and they didnt get there on their own, they were brought in by the British settlers.
