Rondy Rae McKee (August 23, 1965 - ) is the only non-Asian martial artist to be a member of the world famous Korean Tigers Professional Martial Arts demonstration team. She was affectionately referred to, by her teammates, as the "White Tiger".

Rondy performed with the team around the world for two years (1995-1996). Upon leaving the team, she returned to the United States and opened her own martial arts school, called "White Tiger Taekwondo" which became the largest martial arts school in the world.

Rondy holds degrees & certifications as an 8th Degree Black Belt in JiDoKwan Taekwondo, 7th Degree Black Belt from the World Taekwondo Federation/Kukkiwon, 7th Degree Black Belt from the World Taekwon Moodo Federation, 6th Degree Black Belt from the Korean Hapkido Federation and Instructor, 3rd Generation IpMan Wing Chun.

Rondy is the Founder of Sisu Kwan, recognized by the Korea Hapkido Federation & President Oh, Se Lim & has been selected as Deputy Secretary General of USTU by President Sang Lee.

Her dojahng was voted School of the Year (2011) & she was voted Master of the Year (2012) by Taekwondo Times Magazine. She was also selected as Black Belt of the Year in 1992 by U.S. Taekwondo Ji Do Kwan Association.
