The Hulk is already green therefore he does not turn green. It is Bruce Banner that turns green and into the Hulk when he gets angry.

5% did indeed identify a green character. The only thing was, that Shrek is always green (I'm aware of that even though I've never watched a Shrek film). Only Bruce Banner temporarily turns the green Hulk whn he's angered.
