Where is the tallest building in the world located?

Burj Khalifa is a mega tall skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Actually, it is the tallest building in the world (2,722 ft)!

The skyscraper was designed as the centerpiece of a large-scale development including more than 30,000 homes, 9 hotels, a parkland and 19 residential towers.

The tower was erected in 2010.

Can you imagine a man who can climb such a high building with no special equipment? It's Alain Robèrt, a French Spiderman! He did it in 2011.

Such a rich and beautiful country Dubai. I watch in amazement the growth of this oil rich country which sprung up from desert . On my bucket list to visit if and when I get famous or wealthy.

Trixie Pettman-South, who are too judgemental? The people of Dubai and the rest of the Emirates only ask that tourists wear respectable clothing. There's nothing judgemental about that. They understand that if they want tourists they can't insist that everyone dresses like them. If anyone is judgemental it is you making judgements about places you've never been to. There is a huge difference between ultra conservative muslim countries like Saudi Arabia and the Emirates. Go there and find out for yourself, but do respect their culture and beliefs whichmis what every tourist should do whatever country they visit.
